(I have never done one of these before so please forgive me if it is not very good.)

A little about us, traveling this time it was my DS, DM and I, just us girls. I live in Tulsa and they live in Kansas so to start we found flights out of Kansas City much cheaper then Tulsa and they were direct to that is what we chose. So the Thursday before I drove to DM house and then we picked up DS and drove to KC to spend the night at the local casino hotel (free night) for our early flight. Off we went in the morning with a little less money in our pockets (those darn casinos). We dropped DM off at the curb along with all our bags and went to park the car. Checked in all our bags (Remember direct flight). And away we go. We get to MCO and one very important bag missing (Makeup nad sleepware and clothes for getting on board) Agian direct flight how can you lose a bag on a direct flight. Got all info to the airline and went to rent the car. Here is were our cruise started to be the best cruise ever!!! Rented a standard car and all they had left was an SUV same price yeah!!!!

Started off to the hotel and got a call from the PVP. We had booked early savers and our catagory had sold out long ago but 3 days before sailing one cabin was back on the web site for less. We sent in the form but knew we would be traveling so we call her to help us out. Yep we got the $220 OBC (always keep checking).

Got to the hotel, still no bag. So of the the store to get things we may need. By bed time still no bags, More later.....

Ok got up the next morning call the desk and yes the bag was delivered a 3:00am. So all is good again. Had breakfest and got cleaned up and off to return the car. And there it is in the distance the whale tail, that moment of excitement just over comes you. We left the hotel at 10:00 and by 10:30 were on our way to the ship.

Dropped our bags and got in line. A small problem checking in. somehow the agent kicked my info out of the system and I had to be re-entered so it took a little extra time but all was still great. they had just called group 5 so we were oging to be in group 6 yeah. well we were able to just walk on the ship, we didn't even have to wait. so at 11:30 we were on the lido having lunch.

After lunch we explored the ship, we had been on the Liberity so it was very familar.

This was our 5th cruise so we were going to do as many new things as we could along with the regular things.

We had an upgrade from a 6C to a 6E due to early saver so we wanted to surprise our mom with the big window so we didn't tell her about it. We said lets go check out the Spa, (we had never done that). So we did the Spa tour, boy those treatments sound nice. Put our names in the drawing and it was time to go to the cabin, 1105 she just loved the room, she spent alot of time sitting by the window just looking out. I am glad we got to try one before they all go away. Our bags arrived and then we went to check out more of the ship. We were looking for the DOD card but we were not able to get one, we were told they did away with it. Oh well.

Muster drill was the same as always, but iot had started to storm so sailway was to be held by the casino.

We met out room steward Konni and she was the best. Very freindly and called us by name whenever she saw us. She even caught us getting ice once and told us it was her job...She joked with us and really made you feel like she cared that we were having a great time.

Ok back to the Spa to see if we won anything in the raffle. Really a fun raffle to watch people at. Well they were on the last drawing and only one treatment left to give away. Wow they didn't draw a name they wanted to see who was the loudest when they asked a question. Did I tell you I won a head to toe treatment.... Best Cruise ever!!!!!!!!!!

Went to dinner, we had early seating. We met our wait staff Sylvani and Gusti. They were great! They both learned our names and greeted us each night by name. Sylvani has been with Carnival for 20 years we joked that he was probably our waiter on Marti Gras. We were seated upstairs at table 208, with 5 others, It was a father with his girl friend, his adult daughter and his son and his partner. Most nights it was hit or miss on who showed up for dinner with their group. Non showed up for elegant night, but the day before they said that they don't dress up. In fact on one night the daughter was yelled at for wearing shorts to the dinning room by a fellow passager. Of coures while she was complaining I told her it was stated that shorts weren't allowed in the dinning room. She then stopped complaining. On the last night the father told Sylvani that he wanted Lobster since he missed it on Elegant night, Sylvani checked with the Matra'd and he got it for him. Imange my surprise when the son asked what the extra envolope was for the last night and the dad said some give extra to the staff but he doesn't. hummmmm.

We skipped the show the first night to play cards in the casino. didn't do well but had a good time. Off to bed early since we were tired. The next day was sea day.

We had breakfest on the lido and the off to the shopping talk and from there the pool. Most relaxing day just how I wanted it to be.

The next day was Cozmel. We had planned the Stiringray encounter agian something we had never done and we knew our mom would only go in shallow water and not from a boat. It was a great experiance. Very infromative about the rays. Then we did a little shopping. and back on board for lunch.

The next day was Belize. We took the River Wallace tour and Alta Hun tour with the ship, Oscar was our guide and he was very good. We started on the boat and ended at the ruins. As Oscar stated in the begining nature had to co-operate and it did we saw lots on wildlife and it was great. However we were late getting back and were glad we booked with the ship. The Zip line tour was also late so we weren't on the tender alone.

Costa Maya was next we didn't book anytours just went to the town and spent the day at the beach...

At night the 2nd and 3rd night we got tickets to the ® comedy shows. they were very funny and even though they were R rated they still were not vular. I hope they do these on all ships in the future.

Last sea day we did some trivia and I did the galley tour. My sis and mom did the tea ( they were at the same time) had to chose and I work in the food industry so I have always wanted to do the galley tour.

Then to Nassua. We have been here before so only went in to shop a bit. not even off the ship for 2 hours, then to the pool again.

The other first time thing I can think of that we did was we got the Monkey head drink.

So overall everything was great shows and staff were great. We enjoyed our tours. Food was fantastic only gained 4 lbs.

But i have got to tell the funniest thing that happened. while getting of the ship. Mom left her cane in the room so I went to get it. On the elevator I ran into the one person who hated the cruise. She got on and was talking to her husband and said "if I have to stay in this elavator one more minute I think I'll puke. If I can't get off this ship I'll puke. I just laughed to myself and remember how much I enjoyed my cruise!
