Fun Saver Question

My wife and I will be taking our first cruise on 12/31. When I booked the only way to get a balcony was using Fun Saver where your room is assigned by Carnival.

My question for anyone that has used this option before is when do we find out what room we were assigned to and what has been your experiences using this option especially for balcony rooms? Is it a situation where you are getting the rooms nobody else wanted? Are there even any rooms like that? :D

As first time cruisers any input from you experienced cruisers is much appreciated!

A guarantee cabin can be assigned at any time. Sometimes you don't know until you check in at the pier.

Patience' date=' grasshopper.:D[/quote']

I know, I need to be patient and calm down about the whole trip. :D

It's our 15th Anniversary and I just want everything to be perfect for my wife but I'm obsessing way too much about trying to get everything just right.

Everything won't be just right. Things happen. Just figure they will. But you will still have a perfect 15th anniversary. The two of you will be on a great boat, you will have the sea, more food than you know what to do with, entertainment, and whatever little things aren't "perfect" will be unimportant. Now go worry about what you are going to be packing. THAT you have some control over.
