We caught that blurb yesterday while standing in line at a fast food restaurant.

 

I'd hoped the guy was going to say the cruise line higher-ups had gotten together for a holiday party and imbibed a bit too much eggnog ;) resulting in a promotion of ridiculously cheap fares if you booked a new reservation this weekend. :D

 

Unfortunately not what he had to report :(, but he did give good information for finding lower rates. But the best info was mentioning this site. :cool:

I have known of Clark Howard for many years, as he was on Atlanta WSB channel 2 for many years before he made national TV. Smart man who gives great financial advice and also consumer advice. This man knows how to be frugal and get bang for his buck-and he must know what he is doing-he was a millionaire by his early 30's by being "smart."
