datagirl Posted December 14, 2009 #1 Share Posted December 14, 2009 What is the process for Scuttle Cove? Is it first come or reservations? What is the cost? Our son will be 19 months at cruise time, will he be allowed in Scuttles Cove?
MaggieAtSea Posted December 14, 2009 #2 Share Posted December 14, 2009 No reservations needed. It runs just like the clubs on the boat... you just show up, they check you in (good security, even there) and there you go. WHen you pick up it is a similar procedure to picking your child up in a club. In addition, your beeper works on Castaway Cay, so if you are needed, you get the message. One note: while our son loved the club on the ship, he found Scuttles boring... and it was clear their programming there was not as extensive. It was still a nice beach break for us, but we were quick to leave Serenity Bay and pick him up and enjoy the family beach together. I'm not sure we'll be successful getting him back to Scuttles next time. Enjoy your sailing.

SDJen Posted December 14, 2009 #4 Share Posted December 14, 2009 i believe it is free but I am fairly sure that the minimum age is 3 years old. I hope someone else who knows for sure will chime in :)
