Carnival legend -- Ship vs. island times

Will be sailing on the Legend Sunday. Can anyone tell me if the ship times are different to the island times for Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize or Cozumel?

DW and I were on Legend eariler this month. I think it's 1 hour difference in all 4 ports (ship is 1 hour ahead). Just stay on ships time. Every place we stopped everything was open.

Grand Cayman will be the same time (it is on EST year round)

 

COZ, Roatan and Belize are in CST so it is an hour difference.
