Grand Marnier Souffle but it is no longer on the menu. However, they may prepare it for you if you ask your waiter. I mentioned several nights that it was my favorite dessert while on the Independence OTS recently. The Chef treated the whole table with Grand Marnier Souffles on the last night of our cruise.

 

I also like most of their soups (hot and cold).

 

No gran marnier souffle?!?! Please say it ain't so! That is my absolute favorite!

I also love the vidalia onion tart and the wild mushroom puff pastry.

But I have to say, I had the souffle in January on Majesty...leaving in April and looking forward to having it again.

We were on the Navigator this past weekend; there is a new souffle -- Chocolate Espresso (or something like that) --- delicious!:)

 

My favourite meal is the Lamb Shank; my DH loves both the Slow Roasted Prime Rib and the Duck.

 

My daily indulgence are savoury bites!

On the Mariner, they were both in the WJ and the Cafe Promenade.

This was in the WJ. Not every day, but at least twice on a 10-day Aussie cruise.

but yes! cold milk or hot tea is awesome with the cookies. I bring ziplock bags with me to store them in. They don't make the everyday! Actually, the ziplocks are for airport security, but they store cookies too! :eek:

DH LOVES his cruise doughnuts. For some reason, he believes doughnuts taste better on a cruise... I think everything is better on a cruise!
