How long for Prepaid OBC to show on MyDocs?

I purchased some OBC through the BonVoyage dept to be applied directly to my account. She told me it would take a few days, but I still do not see it.

 

Do you know how long it normally takes for it to show up on My Documents - and where would I see it?

 

We are 28 days from sailing so I just want to make sure it gets applied correctly.

We have OBC on the valor for Jan 31st. it does show up on page 6 of the documents just right below the toal bill. However I did purchase OBC for my two daughters and theri cabins and that has not shown up yet. I was told by carnival to be sure to print out my e-mail they sent me with the confirmtaion number etc, and if it does not show up on my sail and sign

acct to go to the pursers desk with the reciept. Not real comfortable with this but not sure what else I can do. I will call onemore time about a week out before the cruise and see if they see it. Good Luck:)

did you book using carnival or use a private agent.

Then fill this out. When you use your booking # for your address it will be automatically applied as obc, you will get an email from them pretty quick, print it and take it with out.
