Excursions w/RCL January 23 Independence

We are on Royal's Independence January 23. Exploring excursions. Has anyone done the Jeep tour thru the cruise line on St. Maarten? Just curious if it is worth the $100. Any comments?

 

Also, I am trying to get a group together for an excursion in San Juan.

Atlantic Tours will do a Bacardi Rum tour and walking tour w/guide for $44 - it is much more expensive thru the cruise line. They will pick up

at 8:00 a.m. and return us at 1:00
