tmitchell82 Posted January 15, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2010 We stayed here back in November. There is not much around the hotel. Think there was a Bennigans near by, but not sure if it was open. You can walk a little ways towards the Holiday Inn and there are some more shops and fast food placed, but there are no sidewalks and such to get there. Yeah, duing the day you can go out of the hotel and turn left under the under-pass and there is a Burger King to the left and a convenience store in the gas station to the right. I thought that the Benegans was closed. I enjoyed the free Happy Hour at the Embassy Suites and had dinner there.

I thought that the Benegans was closed. I enjoyed the free Happy Hour at the Embassy Suites and had dinner there. We ate at dinner at the hotel restaraunt and it was decent. Not great, but after a day of flying, it was easy. And of course we enjoyed the happy hour. Once of the better Embassy Suites happy hours I have been to. If you want to rent a car to get anyplace, there is an E-Z Car Rental office in the hotel or Enterprise is right across the street. We did have a car and still had to drive a ways to find stores, food, etc. All I can say is that GPS can be a blessing sometimes...
