Which ships have good cardio classes?

I enjoy good cardio classes such as step, circuit training, interval training, kick-boxing, and similar, but have problems figuring out which ships offer them and how many. (Yoga, pilates, spinning are not my style.)

We would like to try other ships that we have not yet been on and I would appreciate any pointers, especially to ships that have at least one cardio class like this per day.

My experience so far was:

Voyager of the Seas - 5/7 (about 5 good classes in 7 days)

Freedom of the Seas - 7/7

Serenade of the Seas - 5/7

Adventure of the Seas - 4/7

Norwegian Star - 8/7

Norwegian Dawn - 2/7

Any suggestions will be appreciated,

Hi!

I'm the same!

I've just returned from Adventure

They had excellent Boot Camp classes but only twice a week and they were 12$ extra

The Fab Abs classes were good too!

Otherwise, they had only spinning, the rest being stretching, pilates, yoga...

I spoke to the trainers and they just don't offer aerobics as they just can't!

and the pax were more....relaxed and lazy on this cruise!! not many participants to the boot camp classes (once only 4 and the second time, about 10 ..out of 2500 pax!)

Some years ago on the Legend, great step and aerobics classes, the trainer (a girl) was australian, she was excellent!

I think it's really depending on the trainers you'll have ...

Keep us posted!

I just got off the Celebrity Equinox last week. On embarkation day, we went up to the fitness center where the trainers were there to answer questions and give information about all of the programs/classes offered. We did the Boot Camp classes, which were an additional fee, but totally worth it. There were 4 classes and each one kicked my butt! At the end, we were given our program to take home and continue there if we wanted.

We loved it and would definitely do them again.

Anyone have any recent knowledge of Celebrity boot camp classes? Did a couple on Monarch of the Seas and they were great! We are on Eclipse in a couple of months and was hoping there would be classes offered- kind of offset the unlimited alcohol package! LOL!
