Thanks for all the advice regarding my early saver question early. I had the post removed because I mentioned TA name. I did transfer my booking from Carnival a TA with no problems. I kept my same 4j cabin I ended up saving $259!:D:D:D

mij - Just for our education - The TA's Early Saver rate for the same CAT 4J Cabin (for how many PAX?) was $259 less than Carnival's?

 

That seems abnormally high; if you don't mind sharing, what was Carnival's total Cruisefare (excluding Govt Fees and Taxes) for the Cabin? The reason I ask, is that it would look like that TA is "rebating" more than their total commission? Did you check to see if Carnival's advertuised fare had dropped at the same time?
