Typhoon1 Posted March 15, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 15, 2010 60 days seems to be the norm, however, it's really pretty unpredictable, Just keep checking every time you are online.
CruiserBruce Posted March 15, 2010 #3 Share Posted March 15, 2010 60 days seems to be the norm, however, it's really pretty unpredictable, Just keep checking every time you are online. Actually Typhon, Med excursions have been up for this summer since November, although the final ports didn't come up until January. That would be over 4 months prior to the start of the season. Last time we were at HMC we booked our cabana over 5 months prior to sailing. So, in summary, unless you are going to an exotic port, or at the very beginning of a cruise season, I would say 3-4 months prior at minimum. If you are sailing at the end of a season it may actually be 9-10 months prior to sailing. Some exotic (that is, raraely visited)ports come up at the very last minute. OP, if you are hoping to get a cabana as soon as your sailing's excursions come up, suggest you check them weekly until the excursions come up.
