Yes, there are adult soda cards.
No as to getting off the ship sooner by carrying your own bags. (They do not like that to begin with.)
Yes, there is lunch in the Windjammer when you board.

What time can you start boarding, our doc's say 3:00pm. I wanted to get on alittle earlier than that so we could have lunch and get settled.

Two weeks ago, we arrived at 2 and got right on, but there is a waiting area if you arrive before they are allowing boarding.
