Favorite NCL Ship and Why?

I have been on four different ships and the Pearl is my favorite. The other three have left the fleet so I don't have much choice.;)

I still remember on the Norway the gorgeous indoor pool WAY at the bottom of the ship. On my sailing it was always empty either people couldn't find it or people didn't know about it!

Which ship would you all suggest for Bermuda, The Spirit or The Dawn?

Guess it depends on where you want to leave from..The Spirit goes from Boston... have done that cruise many times..... on the Majesty and once on the Dream.... The Spirit is a nice ship.. we liked the Majesty also.. but that is no help now.... Can't tell you abut the Dawn... but will be able to after next week.. We are headed out on April 4.. Western Caribbean..and then will be on the Spirit again to Bermuda, May 7..

I'm partial to the Majesty as that is where I had my first cruise, where I met my husband and where I got engaged..... that being said,

 

I love the spirit and can't wait to see her again in 65 days!

You say you are partial to the Majesty... You must also like Bermuda!!! Our favorite vacation spot!!!!We have been there fifteen times... seven of which were cruises from Boston.. heading there again in May....

I am partial to the Spirit just because of her lovely atrium and my lil one LOVES the priate themed kids pool.

 

She also sails out of Boston, however in 2011 the Dawn will be moving from NYC to Boston and the Gem taking over the NYC Bermuda runs.

 

If you are thinking of going this year I would suggest the Spirit as it will be her last time in the North East for awhile.

I agree. The Jewel is really a Jewel. John O'Hara (HD) keeps the crew happy which then makes the guests happy because happiness is contagious! Captain Kostantinos Fafalios is also incredible when he is on there. He's always out and about. Can't say enough about the crew onboard the Jewel. Just got back from an incredible week onboard her for Spring Break (and the review just got posted too)! :)

We second this !!! Best crew at sea...and MANY are going to Epic with Klaus and Sean--which may make that everyone's second favorite!! The Dawn will always be our sentimental favorite...
