Selecting time of Evening Dinner

My wife and I are booked on the Deliziosa out of Dubai on 9 May 2010. The passage was "booked" on line and I have spent the day filling out various (online) forms and other documentation.

 

Can someone tell me please....when do I get to nominate our choice for the timing of Dinner (evening meal)?

you should have been able to when you booked it. as an aussie, you will probably be assigned the first seating by default. the 2nd seating will be LATE - 9 - 9:45 PM.

My understanding is that early is 6.15pm and late 8.45 on the Deliziosa, we changed our request from early to late on that basis.

 

Make a quick call to Costa quoting your booking ref and they'll note your preference.

the times vary by itinerary and ship to ship. on my dubai - savona onboard europa the times would change almost daily depending on port times.

Not only by itinerary and ship to ship, but also by season. Winter cruises will have slightly earlier seating times while the summer cruises, especially in southern climates, will be later. I've never seen a second seating as late as 21.45, but 21.15 yes. It's usually in the 20.30-21.00 range.
