Specialty Resturant

Hello This is DH & I's 2nd cruise but we are takeing our family plus some extended for 1st time. Husbands uncle doesnt really dress up should he wear a suit in the specialty resturant?

Ur husbands uncle doesn't have to wear suit unless it's formal night. As long as he has a nice shirt and pants, he should be fine.

If we knew exactly what ship you will be sailing, we could give a more definite answer. For example, on Royal Caribbean, men do not need to wear a suit and tie in a specialty restaurant even on formal night. Of course, they can wear a suit and tie if they wish to do so.

 

I do not know what is required on luxury cruise lines such as Crystal.

We are going on Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the seas

Most will wear nice trousers and golf shirt/polo shirt (something with a collar)....a few will wear a jacket.

It's "smart casual" everynight.
