Blue lagoon

Does anyone know if you are on the carnival imagination if you can catch the boat to the lagoon from the cruise ship port? I have tried to go with their excursion over.

If you book thru the cruiseship, then you board near the port. If you book independently, you need to go to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal to board. (you can't board without a paid excusrion)

In some instances, Indendent Pre-paid cruisers have been able to catch the excursion ferry at the port, but it's not the norm, and it would depend on the Blue Lagoon Agent, whether or not they would have your information and allow it.

Noone on this board could give you a definitive answer for your date and time. Only the staff at Blue Lagoon can tell you the specifics, it changes from case to case. So what happened to one group may not hold true for the next.

NOONE is allowed to board the ferry (either at the port or at the ferry dock) without a pre paid excursion pass.

Do you know if we have to book in advance with Blue Lagoon or can we just show up at the ferry terminal and pay the fares there. We just want the beach excursion.

Thanks for your help

It's a gamble, Some days they are sold out, some not.

I've never had a problem with 1 or 2 slots, but I usually go on slow cruise days.
