My "my ncl" account isnt working! I can't print my cruise tickets because it's not recognizing my account! What is going on!?!? MY CRUISE LEAVES AT 4 PM!

Every night about this time the site goes down for maintenance. Starting about 10:00 pm pacific time you can't log into my ncl or check prices. Not sure how long it last but try a little later or in the morning.

I hope that you are fast asleep and resting up for your vacation, but ncl.com is back up and running. Enjoy your cruise! :)

Even if you can't print your boarding pass, you'll be able to board without it since your information is in the computers at cruise check-in.

 

I hope, though, for your peace of mind that you've been able to print the boarding pass now.
