Travel insurance - Our worries

My wife will be having surgery on stomach cancer in a couple of weeks, we have a cruise booked for the 18th of September, she will be well on the way to recovery by then.

My question is, with this medical condition who is best for travel insurance .

Check insuremytrip dot com - - but most make you take out within a few days of booking and you must explain pre-exisiting conditions - not sure there is any insurance for this instance.

West Midlands = UK so insuremytrip will not have any plans for them. They're probably going to have to limit their search to UK-based insurers.
