Wheres Oosterdam 12/24/11 - 1/14/12?

I was just finalizing the 14 day Hawaii on Oosterdam Jan 14, 2012 and noticed the ship does Hawaii 12/10/11 to 12/24/11 then nothing until Jan 14, 2012. Are they just holding back on announcing a holiday sailing or what? Anyone know?

It could be a dry-dock (last one was Apr 2009) or a charter, although IMO neither of those are very likely over the lucrative holiday period.

It doesn't look like any of the 2011 holiday cruises are posted on the HAL web site. So it looks like we will be guessing for a while. But there are some hints as to what might be coming.

 

What I see:

Oosterdam - In San Diego 12/24 and 1/14, so 21 days open for some mix of Hawaii and Mexico cruises (maybe 14 + 7 nights, 7 + 7 + 7, or 10 + 11).

 

Rotterdam - In San Diego 12/21 and 1/4, so 14 nights for a Hawaii or Mexico cruise

 

Amsterdam - In Ft. Lauderdale 12/20, and most likely will be leaving on the Grand World Cruise in January 2012.

2011 Holiday cruises are being finalized and the brochure is close to coming out as well. Give it a few weeks folks and you'll see them all.
