We are going to be in Grand Cayman in July and my brother is getting married at 10am there. I would like to do something after (11ish) either a great beach and/or snorkeling. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Why don't you go to Eden Rock and snorkel there? It is close to the tender pier. When you get off of the tender, turn to the right and walk down until you see a dive shop/restaurant...it will be on your right and next to the water. It used to have a blue roof with the red and white dive flag painted on it....you can ask anyone there and they will point you toward Eden Rock.....easy entry, pretty good snorkeling, no cost except $5 to rent a locker, and there is a restaurant there if you want to get something to eat or drink. The lockers are not very secure, so if I were you I would only take a towel and minimal things and keep your money/credit card/room key in a waterproof pouch around your neck. Enjoy!!
