iloverags2 Posted June 6, 2010 #1 Share Posted June 6, 2010 Hi All! I am helping my mom and her husband plan their cruise to Alaska next month. None of us are familiar with Seatac! My mom is in her late 60's and her husband is mid-70's, and each will have one or two suitcases with them (in addition to a light carry-on). Will the skycaps/porters at Seatac assist them (and they will be tipped, of course!) with their luggage over to the shuttle area? They are both used to shuttles and towncars/cabs picking up right at the curb outside of baggage claim at airports, so this will be a different experience for them. smslms Posted June 6, 2010 #2 Share Posted June 6, 2010 We go through Seatac fairly often, but we always handle our own luggage. However when I think about it I'm sure there are lots of luggage carts and also porters so I don't think your parents will have a problem. I know this isn't a whole lot of help, but if you don't get any better answers try posting under "West Coast Departures" as there are lots of posts under that heading by people who are from the area.
