Carnival excursion to see Bears in Ketchikan?

We will be there early september. I have searched and searched to find out if either of the tours that they offer would have a good chance of seeing bears this time of year. We need to use a cruise line tour because my parents are with me and for some reason insist on this. Any insights would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Jen

The fly ins are the only "good" chance, and you need to choose a ship excursion, which identifies, the location. NEVER consider any of the ones that do not.

Looks like Carnival offers Neets Bay and Traitor's Cove. Either will give you the best chance, in your timeframe.
