Socks in Camp Carnival

At the gym child care I take my daughter to the kids are required to wear socks but must take off their shoes when they enter. Is there a similar requirement for Camp Carnival? I wasn't planning on packing any socks since she will only be wearing sandals for our summer cruise but wanted to check just in case.

I would hate to have her turned away for not having the proper foot attire!

They keep their shoes on at Camp Carnival.

OK, thanks. Hopefully my daughter will not give them too much of a struggle to keep her shoes on; she is used to being barefoot or in socks unless she is outside.

Yep, they keep their shoes on. I would suggest packing a few pairs of socks and sneakers or other warmer type shoes. You might have a chilly night or rainy day.

My kids were required to wear shoes *to* camp, but most times I went to pick them up, the shoes were not on... They were in a pile.

they keep thier shoes on... but you should pack socks and sneakers for port days, or anytiem she'll be walking out and about... and if the room gets chilly its nice to have a pair to slip on.
