Deck plans?

A while ago, i saw a site mentioned on here that will show you the deck plan of your ship in a 'layover' type fashion..does that even make sense?

 

Also, we will be flying into Tampa. Should we use Carnival transfers to get to port is it cheaper to take a taxi?
