Equinox - Room Question

We are currently booked on a charter above the Equinox this August in the Eastern Mediterranean. Currently we are in a Room Type 2B Deluxe Ocean view Veranda.

 

Will the room have the following items?

 

1. Iron/Ironing board.

2. Alarm Clock

3. Ipod Dock/Radio/Connection?

You are not allowed to have an iron - fire hazzard.

 

You'll need to bring your own alarmclock/radio//dock.

Also, we want to do some Door Decor while on board. Are the Cabin rooms metal or other? Trying to decide whether to take a magnetic white board or adhesive one.

The doors are metal so you can use the magnetic boards. I wouldn't bring an iron since they will confiscate it before you board. You can send clothes out to be ironed on the ship for a fee and we had friends that bought some kind of spray stuff that removes wrinkles. The only problem with it is that it has a fragrance.

I take hooks that are magnets. I use them both in the bathroom and in the cabin to hang things. They can also be used for decorations or just use heavy tape. Duct tape has many good uses.

You can take a travel steamer on board. It works really well for removing wrinkles, and they're not very expensive.
