Took ten minutes for me to do mine and my wifes application.

There has been enough publicity today about the incoming charges, so there should be no hard luck stories from those who know they need one, but leave it until past the cut off date.

Didn't take me more than 5 minutes and I did it twice more, because I made a mistake. Doesn't seem to be any limit as to how many times you can do it. Lasts two years.
