Unique Spa Question

My fiance and I have upcoming cruises on the Splendor and Miracle. While planning our trips online, I've come across several pictures of private 2 person whirlpools in what looks like spa treatment rooms.

 

So do the ship's spas have private whirlpools (or even private steam showers) in spa treatment rooms that your can pay to use without having to book a spa treatment?
