Dolphin Encounter

Has anyone ever docked in St Thomas and took taxi, then ferry to Tortola to do this excursion?

How was your experience?

Im very hesitant to do this excursion on my own with fear that I will miss the ship or something will happen.

What are your thoughts?

I agree. There are several islands that offer a dolphin swim, so I would look elsewhere. IF your fortunate to take another cruise, look at going to an island where you can do it.

Having said that, on my last cruise, I rented a powerboat and went to Jost Van Dyke in the BVI. I just made sure we were back in US early.

Another option, have you checked to see if your cruiseline offers this excursion. I have heard of a few doing it.
