Is Stock benefit a no/no with Balcony discount???

Just checking if anything has changed as far as using Balcony discount with Stock benefit? Guess I'm getting old because I can't remember whats up. thanks

Yup its a no no. Can only combine shareholder benefit with OBC from TA. So choose which is greater. On cruises over 7 days I find the shareholder benefit better.

despite whatever fare discounts I've received(Military,senior,residence,past guest, early saver,stateroom guarantee), the stock benefit was always applied as a OBC

No, they won't combine your stockholder OBC with a balcony discount (like a platinum or diamond discount). This makes no sense whatsoever, especially since they have started to allow combining the OBC for booking onboard with the balcony discount!
