dixie54 Posted September 7, 2010 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2010 I have talked to different people at Crown and Anchor and RCCL and get a different answer every time. Since we will have OBC that we were planning to use for Gratuities, but now are considering MTD and you have to pay it at final payment. So want to know if they will refund the OBC? thanks for any help!

If it was a price reduction you will get it in cash or as a credit back to the card you used..If it was an OBC from a booking it will not be refunded..use it or lose it.. EmTeeNesters Posted September 7, 2010 #4 Share Posted September 7, 2010 The OBC from your TA is refundable. You can get cash at Guest Relations or credit on your credit card. Just a hint - you can always get cash from the casino (less 3%) the final evening - for any non-refundable OBC that might possibly remain.
