doone Posted February 15, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 15, 2005 Pcruzr, I can't help you with your question, but I did want to wish you a wonderful cruise and hope to meet up with you again some day on one of those "dam" ships. Enjoy.
charliewesley Posted February 15, 2005 #3 Share Posted February 15, 2005 This trip in Belize is fantastic!!:D The bus ride out there is a hair raising experience also. The water is pretty warm. You hike through the jungle carrying your innertube. So you could possibly see all sorts of wildlife. Wear an old pair of tennis shoes, as you will never get all the mud off.
Nan-L Posted February 16, 2005 #4 Share Posted February 16, 2005 I water is not too cold. We went on a rainy day and were starting to get a little cold just before we got out. Make sure you go on one that goes through the 2 cave systems. The extra walk is worth it.

SweetJen Posted February 20, 2005 #6 Share Posted February 20, 2005 I went on the cave tubing with my mom (70 years old). We enjoyed the hike through the jungle to the caves. The water was cold when you first got in but it was hot weather so not too bad. It was fun to put on your "head lights" and start off through the cave. The water is slow running and relaxing but at some points it got so shallow that we had to get out and walk a bit. I thought it was a good time :)
