Fantasy in 2 Days! - Activities Question

Hey everybody. We leave in a couple of days, on Wednesday, on the Fantasy. Sitting here in the living room, the kids and myself were wondering of some of the shore excursions and spa treatments available, since it's been a while since we've sailed. Does anyone have a list of the shore excursions and spa treatments with prices available? Last time we sailed, we were able to do an excursion where we rented jet skis for a while. Would be nice if we could do that one again.

Instead of us doing all the work, why not just go to Carnivals website and look them up. They also have excursion explainations and pricing.
