New print yourself luggage tags

Does anyone know if Disney is going with the print yourself luggage tags? My friend is going on a cruise on one of their ships and I want to get her these:

I had some store tag displays. The same type of thing. Attached with tip ties.

Unless they are planning to change it, right now Disney mails out your luggage tags. They are the self adhesive type.
