I would hope Aussies would have more sense than to fry themselves in the sun.

 

one would think so as the treatment for sun cancer will make you sparkel a lot.

My suggestion for a an unoccupied by a human sunbed would be to remove the book, towel or whatever is reserving it and swapping it with the items on another similary reserved bed. That should cause some confusion and might teach the buggers a lesson.

 

Off course this is after a period of delay at least 15 minutes in case they have just ducked off to the loo etc, but any more than 15 minutes is too long.

 

They keep telling you in the theatres that you shouldn't reserve seats, so the same should go for deck seating.

 

You can reserve your cabin but you can't reserve your seats in public areas; it's just plain wrong.
