help! New battery not charging

Just got a new battery for my Pride Go Go a few months ago for our cruise. Went to Disneyland last week and never took the scooter or the battery out of my trunk until today to charge it up. My husband thinks the scooter was left in the "on' position by the parking valet and now the "charging" lite isn't coming on on the battery charger when we have it plugged in to charge. Has this ever happened to any of you? Have I killed my brand new battery or do you think the charger is the problem? Couldn't find any scooter stores today with a tech. Taking kids to Sea World tomorrow.

Sounds like you need a new fuse in the charger. I had the same problem, and the store where I purchased the scooter told me of the tiny fuse that's in the charger. I had a heck of a time finding those darned fuses, but finally I found a place on line that sells them.

Make sure the cord that runs from the wall plug to the charger is firmly pushed into the charger. Gave me a scare when it wasn't and the charger didn't light up.
