boat drill on Allure

When is the boat drill on the Allure? does it interfere with the sailaway from Ft Lauderdale? Also do you go to the boats or just a meeting place. Thanks for any info. Norman

It's at 415. It does not interfere with sailaway. You go to your lifeboat station, which are indoors and not on the promenade deck like other ships. No need for lifejackets. It's painless and over in about 15 minutes.

Everything is shdut down just before boat drill. Once finished head to pool deck for the party. Also deck 16 is a fav spot for many esp Cruise Critics. The starboard side is best view. The band starts playing just before you leave. Bar Tender float around with the drink of the day in keepsake glasses that you pay for so keep them.

On the Oasis some groups met outside at the aqua show benches. It got very hot waiting for everyone in our group to arrive. Shaded seats are highly recommended so if this is your meeting place go early and make sure they scan your card.
