Liberty of the Seas alcohol and bottle water.

Went on the liberty of the Seas... RCCL says they have a NO LIQUID POLICY.. I had an extra empty suitcase (and I daughter that has allergies)...I packed 8 Low-cal gatorades...12 pack of canned Ginger Ale..and a case of bottle water. The naughty room took the water and let me take the Ginger ale and Gatorade! Even after talking to a supervisor they wouldn't give me the water. What they didn't take was all the rumrunner flasks. Is this the only cruise line that confiscates liquids? The cabin stewart at the end of the cruise gave me back the water and couldn't understand why they took it. I saw several rooms with different labeled bottle water. I left the water there and ended up paying $48 for their "Evian" bottled water. I am happy they didn't take the rumrunners but it is the principle on the water.
