Kellybilt Posted February 24, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 24, 2011 We have never sailed out of Seattle and are cruising on NCL's Pearl to Alaska in March, 2011. Would you recommend a nice but convenient place to stay for one night near the port of Seattle and share any other port information you think would be helpful. Thank you. Dan G Posted February 25, 2011 #2 Share Posted February 25, 2011 there is a new 'sticky' on the top of this page showing faq's. There is a listing for hotels in Seattle with cruise pkgs. Seattle is very compact and any downtown hotel will be less than a $10 cab ride to Pier 66. Staying in the main downtown corridor would be best. If you look at tripadvisor.com seattle forum its on top right FAQ

picomullet Posted February 26, 2011 #4 Share Posted February 26, 2011 We are looking at Mayflower Park, Sorrento or Warwick...Any recommendations...
Dan G Posted February 26, 2011 #5 Share Posted February 26, 2011 Warwick and Mayflower are very convenient. Sorrento is an old historic hotel but not walkable as easily from downtown or tourist attractions. It would be a nice hotel but not as convenient as the first two. Mayflower is the ideal for location.

Kellybilt Posted April 8, 2011 Author #9 Share Posted April 8, 2011 We wanted to stay at the Marriott Waterfront, which was recommended by a Seattle native I met on our NCL Spirit Cruise last week, but naturally they were completely booked. We have chosen to stay at the Inn at the Market which has also been highly recommended. I'll let you know all about it!
