Just back from my first cruise on the Carnival Sensation.

 

Here are some of my favorite dishes.

 

Strawberry Bisque -this cool strawberry soup tasted like the best homemade milkshake ever, placed in a bowl ;)

 

 

Broiled Buttery Lobster & Grilled Shrimp with delicious served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and broccoli florets.(i didn't eat the broccoli to save room for dessert...)

 

 

Ooh and this Black Chocolate Cake made with Bing Cherries, heavy cream and k-wasser (alcohol?) was delicious. *although i ate more of my moms Grand Marnier Souffle

I believe this is a Kiss on the Lips. Mango puree, Peachtree Schnapps, and a splash of grenadine.

 

 

The Chocolate Melting Cake-warm, chocolatey and melty. This was yummy although i still prefer it from Chili's

 

 

Ok ok, to round off the meal, because woman shouldn't live on dessert and drinks alone. ;)

 

Beef Brisket with mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots and potatoes. I had them hold the onions. (topped with a strange smushy tomato)
