oz5 Posted March 20, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 20, 2011 Hi Cruisers, I am wanting to call and pre-order some spirits for our upcoming cruise on Freedom . Trouble is I need to call from Australia and Bon Voyage only seem to publish their 1800 522 7648 number. This is no good to anyone trying to ring from overseas as you can't all 1800 from here!! I need their normal phone number with area codes etc and then I can call them up and place my order. Can anyone help? I have searched online and the same number keeps coming up. Thanks and here's hoping - we really need that Jim beam:p:p:p

If so where do I get the spirits order form from, the only one I can see is the standard one with wines on it!

oz5 Posted March 20, 2011 Author #10 Share Posted March 20, 2011 If I fax an order do I need an order form? I can only find the regular wine one online. I'm guessing I will need codes etc and as I have to put my credit card details on the form I will need to make sure it is correct! You would think they would have had a 'normal' telephone number as well seems a bit stupid to me. I have never heard of a bar set up, can you order 1litre bottle sof spirits this way? KenMo Posted March 21, 2011 #11 Share Posted March 21, 2011 Maybe send a fax asking for the number you need to call. You could fax an order, but then how would you pay? And you wouldn't know the price.
