jdcml Posted March 21, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 21, 2011 I know that the pools are salt water, but is waterworks too? My hope is that that water would be too corrosive for the pumps :). Chlorine up your nose is bad enough but salt is worse. Am I out of luck? Is the splash park for the kids all salt?
deffenm Posted March 21, 2011 #2 Share Posted March 21, 2011 It wasn't on the Fantasy last year. It was regular water. My kids loved playing in the Water Works area because it was not salt water. I forgot to tell them the pool was going to be salt water and they jumped right in. I never heard the end of it (oops my bad).
spencercoop Posted March 21, 2011 #3 Share Posted March 21, 2011 When I was on the Dream, the water they used on the Waterworks slides was not salt water.
3 MO sisters Posted March 21, 2011 #4 Share Posted March 21, 2011 The waterslide had chlorinated water (very strong smelling in the tunnel portion), so I guess the rest of the water works area was also.
jdcml Posted March 21, 2011 Author #5 Share Posted March 21, 2011 Yah! Thanks for the help everyone! We are at a water park hotel this week and it got me to thinking about the Dream vaca and slides. I knew I could get the info here pretty quick... Now back to my resort DOD
