Can anyone help with my question please !!

Daughter and Partner are on Voyager of the Seas in June.

Their flight from Venice back to Gatwick is at 8.30 in the evening

Has anyone stayed on board until 3.30 and got the RC shuttle back to the Airport, if so could you please can you give some answers and advise.

1 When can you book this service

2 How much does it cost

3 Do you book with Travel agent or Royal Caribbean

Is there anything else we need to know

Many Thanks

Karen :)

Hopefully the ship will have a shorex that ends at the airport so DD can enjoy Venice one of my favorite cities.

They are in Venice for a full day the day before they disembark the following day,

Sounds Fab to me !!:)

They are really looking forward to the cruise but they were concerned about the time of their flight coming home so wanted to stay on the ship as late as possible .

I disembarked there last fall. If I were them, I'd have breakfast, get off the ship, take the people mover (or taxi or shuttle) to Piazzelle Roma. there is a facility there for luggage storage. then go enjoy Venice. there will still be much left to see after the previous day. Later in the day they can pick up the luggage and catch the bus to the airport from P Roma.

staying on the ship would be a distant second choice for me.

Have to agree with Wg6530, stay on as late as possible and then get onto the free port shuttle to Piazza Romale. There are luggage storage facilities there and at the main station.

They can then spend the day in Venice and then take the bus - just a few Euros from the same Piazza. The stop sign for the bus says Airport and Ryanair on it and takes about 20 minutes.

Doing this again ourselves in July.
