Insurance for car rental

We're renting a jeep through Hertz in St. Martin just for one day. Does anyone have advice on the best car insurance to purchase?

I always take the Damage Waiver... that way I have nothing to worry about should something happen.

We also rented a jeep on St Maarten. We checked with our car insurance agent here in Texas prior to leaving for the cruise...and were told that our current policy covered the rental in St Maarten.
