1 day-Wismar/Schwerin/Rostock possible?

We're arriving on the Constellation May 22nd at 9am. Docking in Rostock Berth LP41, rather than in Waremunde. Can we do Schwerin and Wismar as well as spending a little time in Rostock and be back at our ship by around 7 pm? We would like to see the gardens, castle and marketplaces primarily. Also, we are a party of 6, and I understand the pass only covers five people. If we buy the pass online can we also purchase one individual ticket on line or will we have to buy that at the station in Rostock? I would really appreciate help in planning this day out from someone more knowledgeable.
