I can't see the amount of credits that we have on our cruise personalizer. Does anyone know if and where they are listed?

Where did the credits come from? If it was from a Travel Agent, they will not show up there. ;)

As Toto says, if OBC is from your TA it will not show on Princess.

The credit I was looking for was the one from Princess for retired military.

I have heard conflicting stories on this. First that the nec docs for Cdn and US serving & retired pers must be sent to Princess. Conflicting info detailed reqr to take nec docs to Customer Service Desk once onboard and the OBC will be applied to your shipboard acct.

 

Depends on which CSR you talk to at Princess.
