Anyone who has been on the Grand out of Galveston....

This may seem like a trivial issue - but it is not with my family. We will be cruising on the Grand next week (we are SO excited), and my 3 boys have been planning and deaming about playing basketball a lot during the cruise. I have seen several conflicting posts about the basketball court. Some say it is gone ( ), some say it is half of the time paddle tennis and the other half basketball, the current brochure says it exists and two Princess 800 number people say it exists. Recent cruisers say no....

Please help - I'd sure like to know before we go.... Does the Grand still offer basketball??

Thank you very much, in advance, for any information you can offer.

Sue

just returned from Grand - it is in the very front of the ship on top, it is set up as a paddle tennis configuration, we never saw it set up as basketball court, it is very small and there is usually a line to play so go at odd times. Bring walkie talkies to talk with the kids. They will love the movies under the stars.
