What to see in St. Thomas?

What is St. Thomas famous for? What is the best excursion to take here? Just starting to read the boards and wanted to know what everyone out there absolutely loved about St. Thomas.

Thanks

Going snorkeling at St Johns or just taking a beach break. Shopping has historically been popular.

There is a sky tram to a top of mountain, overlooking the harbor. I have never done it, but is supposed to be pretty. There is a bar/restaurant at the top. This actually gives me an idea on what to do next week. If your ship docks at the WIKO docks (most do) you can actually walk to it.

Check out the sailing, catamaran, and snorkeling excursions.

Also, Magen's Bay is a biggie for first timers if you are into beaches. It is considered one of the best beaches in the world, but, I found it rather boring.

Thinking about taking the snorkel trip to St. John. Anyone use Fury Charters before?

Thanks

We are going on them on the June 23 EOS excursion. Reviews

I called the Captain, he called me right back, and we are booked.
