Cappuccino on Gem in Main Dining Rooms

Is there a charge for cappuccino in the main dining rooms at dinner? When we were on the Dawn and Pride of America, it was free if you asked for it.

Your cruises on the Dawn and POA must have been before 2010 since there's been a charge in the MDR for cappucino at dinner on all NCL ships since January 2010. It was one of several cost-cutting issues. Some others were no more free champagne at embarkation and no more chocolates on the pillows at turn-down.

I missed the chocolate on our recent Gem cruise. I asked about it at the reception desk and was told too much went to waste. (I don't really believe that.) I was anxious to get on the ship and didn't notice I wasn't offered champagne.
