can i make resrvation before cruise -gem? for restaurants?

As far as I know only the epic allows reservations before you sail.

No. Only the Epic allows pre booking. As soon as you board you will be able to make reservations. Non suite guests usually are only allowed to book 24 hours in advance onboard the ship.

Does this mean that suite guests CAN book more than 24 hours in advance? I'd like to book on Saturday for Monday.

No only on the Epic..but making reservations when you get on the ship is very easy. You can make a reservation 24 hours in advance while on the ship..Like on Sunday you can book for Monday etc..You can make reservations for the dining that has limited seating early as well..like the Jazz brunch..which I highly recommend.

Yes, suite guests can make reservations more than 24 hours in advance, or you can ask the concierge to make them for you. We usually find it just as easy to do it ourselves.
